TODAY’S SECOND COLLECTION is for the electricity and maintenance of the church. We thank you very much for your support, and we are asking you to please be generous.
RETREAT. The Deacons and their wives and those who are in the Deaconate program and their wives will be on their annual retreat next weekend June 25th- 27th. Please pray for them. Thank you.
THANK YOU. Our thanks goes to the Sacred Heart Society who hade donated a beautiful Holy Water container and stand to the church. May the Sacred Heart of Jesus bless you abundantly.
PETER’S PENCE. Next weekend, June 26th-27th our diocese will take up the Peter’s Pence Collection, which provides the Holy Father with the assistance he needs to carry out his most important charitable works. The proceeds benefit the most disadvantaged: victims of war, oppression, and disasters. Through your generosity, with Pope Benedict we can cast the love of Christ upon the world.WANT TO GET CLOSER TO THE ONE YOU LOVE? You can do that on a Worldwide Marriage Encounter Weekend! Marriage encounter is 44 hours where married couples can get away from kids, jobs, chores, and phones- and focus only on each other. SCHOLARSHIP FUND. The Shepherds of Christ Prayer Group is offering a $1000.00 scholarship to an incoming freshman at St. Joseph High School. Anyone in need of financial assistance is advised to contact Fr. John Mark for more information.
CATECHIST ARE NEEDED for our Religious Education classes in the fall. All those who are willing to share their faith to our children of Religious Education, please speak to Fr. John or Petra Arroyo.
JUST A REMINDER. During the summer, many people go away for a period of renewal and enjoyment. The financial obligations of the parish, on the other hand, stay with us all year. Please remember to use your envelopes during the summer. Your help is much needed and will be greatly appreciated.FATHER'S DAY

LA SEGUNDA COLECTA de hoy es para la electricidad y el mantenimiento de la iglesia. Les agredecemos mucho su continuo apoyo y les pedimos que sean generosos.
LA HORA SANTA es todos los viernes a las 6:30 p.m. Ven y pasa un poco de tu tiempo con Nuestro Señor Jesús.LES DAMOS LAS GRACIAS a la Sociedad del Sagrado Corazón, por el nuevo recipiente y base para el Agua Bendita que han donado a la iglesia. Que el Sagrado Corazón de Jesús los bendiga abundántemente.
RETIRO. Los diáconos y sus esposas, y los candidatos a diáconos y sus esposas, estarán de retiro el próximo fin de semana del 25 al 27 de junio. Favor de rezar por ellos. Gracias.
PETER’S PENCE. El próximo domingo 27 de junio tendremos una segunda colecta para Peter’s Pence, la cual le brinda al Santo Padre la ayuda necesaria para realizar sus más importantes obras de caridad. Lo recaudado beneficia a los más desfavorecidos: a las víctimas de la guerra, la opresión y los desastres. Gracias a su generosidad, junto al Papa Benedicto, podremos seguir esparciendo el amor de Cristo por el mundo.
SE NECESITAN CATEQUISTAS para las clases de catecismo que comenzarán en septiembre. Si estás interesado/a en llevar la Buena Nueva a nuestros niños. Favor de hablar con el P. John o Petra Arroyo.
BECA. Si eres un freshman y estás necesitado/a de asistencia financiera para la matrícula de la Escuela Superior de San José. Los Pastores de Cristo (The Shepherds of Christ) están ofreciendo una beca de $1000.00. Para más información llamar al padre Fr. John Mark.
RECORDATORIO. Durante el verano, muchas personas se van por un periodo de tiempo para renovárse y disfrutar. Por otro lado, las obligaciones financiéras de la parroquia las tenemos todo el año. Les recordamos que dejen la ofrenda de sus sobres durante el verano. Su ayuda es muy apreciada y necesitada.
